Fairfax house is a three storey office block which sits just off the Fulham Road in Chelsea, home to career-jet, a worldwide online careers and work placement company.

MPE was introduced to the Landlords of the newly purchased Fairfax house by Interior designers Harris and Home.
The specification was to upgrade the electrical installation and bring the dated interior of the building back to life.

MPE would need to work closely with client to deliver their bespoke ideas within the stripped back fabric of the building.

Two offices have undertaken full refurbishment, Data installations, all communal areas including three W/Cs, a roof terrace, cable installations for the Air Conditioning system, reception area power and lighting, basement area power and lighting and the LV switch room.
